Coming from India, I've never seen so many people enthusiastic about Starbucks. However, in San Francisco and the United States in general, Starbucks is the majority of the population's survival kit. We all consume food and beverages, but relatively few of us are aware of what we are eating or drinking. I'll be undertaking a nutritional analysis of the food and drinks available at Starbucks as part of the project.

Correlation of Nutrition Types

From the correlation heatmap below, we can conclude that nutrients that are considered to be unhealthy, such as fats, sodium, sugar and cholesterol are highly correlated with each other. There are three strong correlations according to heatmap analysis:
1. Cholesterol and Sugars 0.98
2. Calories and Cholesterol 0.94
3. Sodium and Saturated Fat 0.92
Surprisingly, we see that there isn't a strong correlation between calories and fat - the correlation for calories vs trans fat is 0.64 and calories vs saturated fat is 0.33
